Requesting a clarity call does not create an engagement. Work begins only once scope has been agreed in writing and the engagement letter is signed by both parties.
Clarity calls are complimentary. Engagement fees, invoicing schedules, and cancellation terms are set out in the engagement letter before any work begins.
Everything you share in an engagement stays private. I will not name you as a client, quote you, or describe your business publicly without your written permission.
This work requires candour. Engagements may be ended where there is dishonesty or harassment, on the terms set out in the engagement letter.
