The invitation

This isn't an open door.

It's a curated partnership. I take on a deliberately small number of founders at a time — businesses that have cleared the first plateau, where the numbers have stopped being a bookkeeping problem and become a strategy problem.

Designed for founders who

  • Lead with vision and demand financial precision.
  • Are scaling into the multi-millions, or preparing for a profitable sale.
  • Value white-glove CFO strategy delivered with Fortune 100 expertise and boutique discretion.

Built for

Service-based businesses, consultancies and agencies.

Sweet spot

$500K to $10M in annual revenue.

Admission into this level of financial partnership begins with a private clarity call. If accepted, you gain access to elite-level financial leadership reserved for women building legacies, not just businesses.

Questions

Before you request a call.

What does a fractional CFO actually do?+

I take the financial leadership seat usually reserved for a full-time hire: forecasting, cash flow, margin, pricing, board-ready reporting, tax positioning, and the strategic decisions those numbers make possible. You get the judgement without the executive headcount.

Do I need to already be at $500K?+

The work is built for founders between $500K and $10M in revenue — service-based businesses, consultancies and agencies, most often. Below that, the need is usually a bookkeeper or a course, and I will tell you so.

How is this different from my accountant?+

Your accountant records the past. I architect the next twenty-four months: what to charge, what to keep, what to cut, what the business is worth, and what has to be true for a profitable exit. Your bookkeeper and CPA stay in place.

What happens on the clarity call?+

Thirty minutes, private, no pitch deck. You describe the business and the number that keeps you up at night. I tell you plainly whether I can change it. If I can't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Is my information kept confidential?+

Entirely. Engagements are covered by a confidentiality agreement before a single figure is shared, and I never name clients publicly without written permission.

Begin with a
private clarity call.

Tell me the shape of the business: what you do, what you are scaling toward, and the number that keeps you up at night. I read every request myself.

If there is a fit, you will receive a private link to book a 30-minute clarity call. If there is not, I will tell you plainly and quickly.
